Samvidhaan (Constitution) is a hard hitting poem on Sec 377 and Indian constitution by Ramneek Singh. The video is of him reciting his poem at High St. Phoenix (and there are little details apart from this).
Sample these lines: “Yahan toh pathron se pyaar kiya jaata hai.. sanp se, hawa se, pani se, toh insaano se kyun nahi?” and “Kab kaise.. kiske kehne pe aa gaye andar and baith ke bistar pe likhne lage kanoon ki dharayein“.
