Aptly named “Rainbow State of Mind”, the event took place on the 27th of January at South Asian University, Delhi and consisted of members of the LGBT+ community coming together with their straight allies to discuss experiences of queerness.
Cities that are LGBT+ inclusive are better placed to develop their global competitiveness, have stronger innovation ecosystems and greater concentrations of skills and talent, and better quality of life.

ASEAN SOGIE Caucus launched its latest report, “The Rainbow in Context: An Overview of the Situation of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, and Queer (LGBTIQ) Persons in Southeast Asia”. The report is the first in Southeast Asia and provides a summary of various human rights issues facing LGBTIQ people in the region.
The 5 days will be a confluence of cultural & artistic performances, intellectual discussions and personal conversations, through series of events such as – the Leadership program, Social Beauty Pageant, Inspirational Talks, Open Forum and Film Screenings.
