Indian steel giant Tata Steel took a big step towards inclusivity at workplace with the launch of WINGS, an Employee Resource Group for LGBTQ employees under its Diversity and Inclusion program called Mosaic.

For close to half a century, San Francisco has celebrated lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) pride with parades, celebrations and festivals. Its rich counterculture history stretches from North Beach to the Castro and dates as far back as the mid-1800s.
Aptly named “Rainbow State of Mind”, the event took place on the 27th of January at South Asian University, Delhi and consisted of members of the LGBT+ community coming together with their straight allies to discuss experiences of queerness.
Cities that are LGBT+ inclusive are better placed to develop their global competitiveness, have stronger innovation ecosystems and greater concentrations of skills and talent, and better quality of life.
As followers of the non-conformist Christ, the one who consistently questioned unjust and non-compassionate traditions of public morality, our call is to reject all laws that demonize, criminalize, and exclude human beings, and work to facilitate just inclusive and loving communities.
