Men holding hands, is that indicative of “gayness”? ‘Almost naked’ men in steam rooms, will that be considered “gay”? Western (in)sensibilties can be sometimes very funny, since many of those strict codes do not work in Indian context, where men getting cosy has nothing to do with sexuality. This new video from SnG explores a similar theme through this steam room conversation between men. The NRI Indian is obviously too influenced by western notions and considers such close proximity of nearly naked bodies of men as “gay”, which doesn’t seem to make any sense to the other guys sitting there. This comical video throws light on the stupidity of tagging things as gay – be it men in steam rooms, or men holding hands.
