May 17th is celebrated as International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia, and United Nations has released a new song to commemorate the day by asking LGBT activists and allies from across the world to show what are they fighting for. “The result is a celebration of activism – and a reminder of why we fight,” the UN Free and Equal site notes. The song is titled Why We Fight.
