Bad Hijras vs Good Trans and the Delusional Trans Utopia

Creating hierarchies of minorities within minorities is not helpful. We have to fight that fight together, not play the game of competing marginalities and disavowals of who we are historically and psychically based on fantasies of our own radicalism and supposed freedom to be who we are.

Politics of Indifference : Shouldn’t LGBTQ People Speak Up Against Targeted Violence?

In times, when there is increasing and growing antipathy towards Muslims and Dalits, when the voices of hatred and sirens for bloodshed get louder to terminate those who eat beef, when poor farmers and cattle traders are lynched for transporting cattle, shouldn’t LGBTQ people stand up and protest against each act of crime and injustice that unfurls each day?
