Miley Cyrus is known to shock her fans, especially during her performances at Awards, whether it is wearing a near transparent dress, or something else. At the just concluded MTV Video Music Awards, Miley not only performed a brand new song “Dooo It!” but also had drag queens perform with her on stage. Not sure what her outfit would be called, but the performance will leave you saying with a ‘WTF did I just watch’ expression.
