The study is exploring how discrimination is experienced in different areas like healthcare, education, public spaces, housing etc. One of the Bangalore teams is looking at the healthcare sector and collecting experiences of discrimination around the five states across South India.

The Bengaluru Pride & Karnataka Queer Habba was a lively musical affair, with drum beats and chanting. The Pride March was the culmination of month long events such as theatre, poster making, awareness of issues particular to the communit.
